Soft Skills, also known as cross-functional competencies, encompass a wide range of abilities that are not specific to any profession or organizational environment and are applicable to diverse tasks and contexts. They represent a set of skills useful for interpersonal learning and communication, increasingly essential (and therefore demanded) not only in the workplace but also at environmental, political, and social levels.
